Throughout this stage you will start developing your Big Picture Dream & Goals to get there through Visualization Techniques, creating a Fun & Focused Vision Board, & practicing Vision Journaling.

Begin establishing daily self-care habits by creating your Customized Magical Morning & Enchanted Evening Routine.

In the Implement Stage we break down the work you did in Identify & Imagine stages and begin reverse engineering your Customized Path to your transformation to Wholeness.

You will develop a customized action plan with easy to implement action Baby steps that build on each other to help create a solid foundation for you to grow and thrive on sustainably as you build out the rest of your Dream Life.

In this stage you’ll deep dive into all things relationships, starting with the relationship you have with yourself.

Unpack traumas, understand triggers & trauma responses, reframe limiting beliefs, & rewrite your inner story.

Then, you’ll shift that focus outward, learning about emotional immaturity vs. emotional abuse to identify yourself and the relationships around you. Begin to set healthy boundaries for yourself and work out a customized plan to stick to them.

Since this stage begins to address toxicity and your environment, we’ll cover holistic toxicity too.

Learn about the hidden toxins in your home, beauty products, food, etc. and how to simply start Ditching & Switching for a healthier home.

Internally, we’ll cover one of the more common issues people deal with that takes a massive toll on all areas of health, like mood including anxiety & depression, mood swings, and irritability, focus issues, energy issues, etc., those things we don’t like talking about but are a real problem; parasites and how to cleanse from them and work on building up your internal state to one that is an unwelcome environment for them.

You’ll go deep into identifying your Money Leaks and how to stop it.

Basically, you’ll be looking at all the areas of your life that have a negative impact on you and you’ll understand and develop ways to address those issues by the end of the Stage.
